development are an integral part of Crop & Food Research. In addition,

Crop & Food Research Fellowships are available
for staff to gain new skills, ideas and contacts. The
Fellowship scheme provides for a two to six-month period
of leave whilst covering staff members' work commitments
during their absence
Study leave may be granted to complete a certificate,
diploma, degree, postgraduate qualification or other
basic course appropriate to their career development.
The Eureka Fund, designed to foster a culture of
discovery and innovation, is awarded monthly to fund
the further development of "bright ideas".
