At Crop & Food Research we can clean your seed from all types of contaminants, whether it be crop litter, insect debris, soil, or as is most common, from other seed contaminants. Our machinery is excellent and our standards high.

We offer services to a wide variety of clients, including traditional grain & seed companies and growers as well as flower seed growers and those in other niche markets such as herbs. Our prices are competitive and our service excellent.

Our Seed Store Manager Peter Thompson, has 39 years experience in the seed industry.

Our machinery:

• Hance 100 (which is a two-screen machine for all seed-lot sizes but mainly used for 1-5 tonne lines)
• Kipp Kelly Gravity Separator Type SY200 (used for similar sized lines as the Hance, with two interchangeable decks for small and large sized seed).
• Kipp Kelly Gravity separator Type V135 for small seed lots (1-500kg)
• Indent Cylinder Type LA-T for smaller lines (with many interchangeable indent sizes to cover a great range of seed types).
• Mini Pektus 80 (a small two-screen dresser with a full range of screen sizes to handle 500gms-300kg lots)
• Spiral Separator (used to take irregular shaped seed from round seed)
• Colour Sorter - single channel for smaller lines
• Gustafson Seed Treater (for 1-5 tonne seed lots)
